HOW WE TRAIN

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?

Each session will combine strength and cardio/HIIT work. Content will depend on your capability, goals and aspirations and only planned after your free Client Consultation. Each one is individually created for that day and you or the group of people involved. We do not use pre-set work out routines and will adapt all work outs to capabilities, health and wellbeing.

 

Services offered include:

  • One on one personal training

  • Small group personal training (of up to 6 people)

We can exercise at your home, in your garden or use the South London parks of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark and Bromley. Weather permitting exercising outdoors is proven to uplift moods and sticking power.

PERSONAL TRAINING OVER ZOOM

 

If time is tight, Zoom workouts are a great alternative to face to face sessions. They can be done from the comfort of your home.
